The application and development of the Internet,the new communicative technology,has influenced democracies of various forms,and it forms a political democratic environment for the network age.Through explaining the social democratic participation on the Internet,combining with cases,this paper analyzes the influences of the new communicative medium on political participation and control,and attempts to explore the causes.
