摘要
为研究不同破除休眠方法对小麦种子可溶性蛋白质含量的影响,将3个小麦新品系(KQ11、KQ3、KQ27)种子在低温(2、4、6、8℃分别处理3、6、9、12d)、H2O2(0、0.31%、0.63%、0.95%,在18、20、22℃下分别处理8、16、24h)、GA3(0、0.025‰、0.050‰、0.075‰、0.100‰,18、20、22℃下分别处理8、16、24h)下进行破除休眠处理,测定并分析了种子可溶性蛋白质含量。结果表明:处理温度对可溶性蛋白质含量有显著影响,处理时间影响不显著;H2O2和GA3处理时,处理时间对可溶性蛋白质含量有显著影响,而处理浓度和处理温度影响不显著。用0.075‰的GA3在20℃下对KQ3处理16h可溶性蛋白质含量最高。
To study the effect of different methods for breaking dormancy on soluble protein content of wheat seeds,the just harvested wheat seeds of three lines,KQ11,KQ3 and KQ27 were treated with low temperature(2 ℃,4 ℃,6 ℃,8 ℃ for 3 d,6 d,9 d,12 d,respectively),H2O2(0,0.31%,0.63%,0.95%,and 18 ℃,20 ℃,22 ℃ for 8 h,16 h,24 h,respectively),GA3(0、0.025‰,0.050‰,0.075‰,0.100‰,and 18 ℃,20 ℃,22 ℃ for 8 h,16 h,24 h,respectively)to breake dormancy,and the soluble protein contents of treated seeds were analyzed.The results showed that soluble protein content was affected significantly by treatment temperatures,but not by treatment times;when treated with H2O2 and GA3,that was affected significantly by treatment times,but not by treatment concentrations and temperatures.Soluble protein content of KQ3 was the highest treated with 0.075‰ GA3,20 ℃ and 16 h.
