高校基层教工党支部创先争优的实践探索

2010年,党中央提出在基层党组织和广大党员中开展以"创建先进基层党组织、争当优秀共产党员"为主要内容的创先争优活动。在深入开展创先争优活动的基础上,确定2012年为党的基层组织建设年。在创先争优活动中,高校教工党支部要统一思想,提高认识,明确创先争优活动的目标和要求,结合高校教工党支部、党员、非党员教师的实际和当代大学生的特点,创新工作思路、工作方式和队伍建设模式,设计和确定科学合理的活动载体,建立创先争优的长效机制,确保创先争优活动顺利开展、取得实效,并进一步将创先争优活动不断推向前进和发展。

In the activity of striving for the best, ideologies of virous departments should be unified to establish a scientific carrier and mode, and a long-term system should be established to ensure the successful implementation of the activity.
