Construction of double-quality teacher teams is key to improving higher vocational teaching quality. Development of teachers engaged in major courses has drawn enormous attention in our country while that of teachers working on common courses is ignored. The paper explores inner meaning of ＂double-quality teachers＂ and ＂teachers＇ double quality＂, and analyzes significance of cultivating double-quality teachers working at common courses before the approaches are pointed out.
