摘要
"双师型"教师队伍建设是提高高等职业教育教学质量的关键。我国专业课"双师型"教师队伍建设得到高度重视,而公共课则被忽视。文章探讨了"双师型"和"双师素质"的内涵,分析了公共课程"双师型"教师队伍建设的意义,并指出了其建设途径。
Construction of double-quality teacher teams is key to improving higher vocational teaching quality. Development of teachers engaged in major courses has drawn enormous attention in our country while that of teachers working on common courses is ignored. The paper explores inner meaning of "double-quality teachers" and "teachers' double quality", and analyzes significance of cultivating double-quality teachers working at common courses before the approaches are pointed out.
