CAE技术在高职模具专业创新能力培养中的应用

The Application of CAE Technology in the Cultivation of Innovative Ability for Mold Major Students in Higher Vocational Schools

针对高职模具专业传统教学中存在的问题,本文首先分析了高职院校模具专业开展CAE分析教学的必要性,提出了CAE分析教学的实施过程中,将专业课与CAE分析相混合的教学方法,通过选取冲压课程中的弯曲一章作为实例讲解如何将CAE技术融入专业课中,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养创新能力。

Aiming at the problems in traditional teaching methods for mold major students of higher vocational schools, this paper analyzed the necessity of CAE analytical teaching first, and offered the method of combining specialized courses with CAE analysis. The chapter of Bending in Stamping Course was chosen as an example to explain how to integrate CAE technology into specialized course to stimulate the interest of students and culti- vate innovative ability.
