低年级学生党建工作的问题与对策——以中国地质大学材料与化学学院为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Party Construction for Lower-Graded Students:A Case Study on College of Material and Chemistry of China University of Geosciences

学生党建工作是高校党的建设和学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分,低年级学生党建工作又是高校学生党建工作的基础,根据工作实际,针对当前低年级党建工作中存在的学生入党动机多元、新生党员先锋模范作用不明显、入党积极分子选拔不易等问题,对低年级学生党建工作的完善进行了初步的探索,并提出建议。

The student party construction is an important party of college party construction and students＇ ideological and political education, while party construction for lower-graded students is the basis college student party construction. In accordance with practical work, this paper analyzes the existing problems, and proposes suggestions for them.
