Exploration of Clinical Medical Students' Psychological Problems on Employment

为更好地了解临床专业本科生的就业心理,针对性地开展毕业生就业指导工作,在总结分析当前临床专业本科生就业现状的前提下,发现临床医学生在就业过程中存在着诸如自卑、虚荣、缺乏自信、期望值较高等心理问题,而造成这些问题的原因主要来自社会、个人、家庭、学校等多方面因素。鉴于此,提出通过增强自信,转变就业观念,提高就业竞争力以及加强医学生职业生涯规划指导等途径使学生能够在客观地评价自我的同时,树立积极竞争意识,培养良性就业心理,为更好地开展临床医学生就业服务工作提供参考。

In order to better know about clinical medical undergraduate students＇ employment psychologies and targetedly implement college graduates＇ employment guidance, this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of clinical medical students＇ employment, and the existing problems, as well as the causes of the problems. In view of the problems, this paper proposes several measures to cultivate clinical medical students＇ healthy employment psychologies, aiming at providing references for their employment services.
