屈光不正性弱视儿童总和视觉诱发电位研究

Study of visual evoked potentials binocular summatin in ametropic amblyopia children

目的 :探讨屈光不正性弱视对儿童双眼视及视觉诱发电位 (VEP)双眼总和的影响。方法 :对 2 0例正常儿童及 34例屈光不正性弱视儿童 (分有、无立体视两组 )进行全视野刺激视觉诱发电位的研究。结果 :双眼刺激视觉诱发电位总和VEP和单眼刺激视觉诱发电位AP10 0 :无立体视组明显低于正常组及有立体视组 (P <0 .0 1) ;有立体视组低于正常组 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。单眼刺激视觉诱发电位LP10 0 :屈光不正性弱视组较正常组明显延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,有、无立体视两组之间无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :视觉诱发电位比行为或心理物理方法更为优越 ,能定量准确地客观反映视功能状态 ,视觉诱发电位双眼总和能客观评价屈光不正性弱视儿童双眼视。

Objective:To study the effect of ametropic amblyopia on children's binocular vision and visual evoked potentials(VEP) binocular summatin.Method:20 normal and 34 ametropic amblyopia children with or without stereopsis were selected,and their VEP was examined by full vision stimulation.Result:VEP binocular summatin and monocular VEP AP 100 were both lower in the group without stereopsis than that in the normal group and the one with stereopsis (P<0.01),but no significant difference between the group with stereopsis and the normal one ( P > 0.05 ) . As to the monocular VEP LP 100 , a more obvious prolongation was found in ametropic amblyopia children than that in the normal ( P < 0.01),but no difference between the groups with and without stereopsis(P>0.05).Conclusion:VEP correctly reflected the status of visual function,and the VEP binocular summatin,objectively evaluated the binocular vision of ametropic amblyopia children.VEP was better than behaviour analysis or other psycho physical methods.
