摘要
为了有效解决高应力、软碎围岩和受向斜构造、断层、空间交叉巷与采空区支承应力叠加等复杂条件下的巷道帮部支护难题,防止发生片帮垮冒事故。通过对新三矿大断面废矸置换巷巷帮支护存在问题的分析,提出了新型帮部锚索-槽钢桁架支护技术,采用数值模拟软件设计并优化了支护参数,在废矸置换巷进行了现场实践,取得了良好的经济与技术效益。
In order to solve coal side supporting problem under complicated conditions in the high stress crushed surrounding rock and syncline,fault,space of cross roadway and abutment pressure superposition of gob,and to prevent the caving accidents,with the analysis and study of coal side support difficulties on the large section gangue replacement lane in Xinsan Coal Mine,the new cable-channel steel truss support technology is put forward,and its supporting principle is introduced.The support parameters are designed and optimized by way of the numerical simulation software.The scheme is applied in the replacement roadway,and apparent economic and technical profits have been achieved.
