System Design Integration of High-power Locomotive Maintenance Base

摘要 针对我国大功率机车检修基地的设计,创新性地提出将系统设计与计算机技术相结合的系统设计体系。介绍系统设计体系在机车检修基地设计中的应用,总结了检修基地系统集成的技术集成、工程集成、管理集成的方式和实现。系统集成不是简单的设备选购,而应体现在技术创新方面,技术集成是系统集成技术指标的关键,工程集成是系统集成成功实施的保障,管理集成是系统集成最终效果的体现。 Regarding the design of China's high-power locomotive maintenance base, the paper innovatively proposes an idea of system design integration which combines the system design with computer technology. And then the paper introduces the application of system design integration in the design of locomotive maintenance base, and also summarizes the ways and implimentations of technology integration, engineering integration and management integration which constitute the system design integration at a maintenance base. The paper thinks that, system design integration is not a simple matter of equipment purchase, but should be embodied in technological innovation. The technology integration is the key of technical indexes of system design integration, the engineering integration is the guarentee of successful implementation of system design integration, and the management integration is the final result of system design integration.
