摘要 目前农产品生产现状与农业可持续发展之间的矛盾日渐突出,如何正确认识无公害食品、绿色食品、有机食品的内涵、发展趋势及存在问题,逐步启发引导人们增强对这3类食品的认知程度,提升对无公害、绿色、有机食品的信任度,保证《食品安全法》的顺利实施。该文阐述了无公害食品、绿色食品、有机食品的概念,国内外的发展现状与趋势,以及目前我国发展这三类食品存在的问题与对策。 At present,the contradiction between the present agricultural production and agricultural sustainable development have become increasingly prominent.How to correctly understand the connotation, development trend and existing problems of the pollution-free food, green food, organic food.People were developed and guided to en- hance awareness of the three kinds of food, and enhance the level of trust in pollution-free,green,organic food, and ensure the smooth implementation of the "Food Safety Law".The paper expounds the concept of the pollution-free food,green food,organic food,the present situation and development trend of domestic and abroad,and discusses the current problems and countermeasures on the developement of the three kinds of food in China.
