偏头痛药物预防耐受现象研究现状 被引量：2

摘要 目前偏头痛的预防治疗越来越受到重视。临床上药物预防耐受的现象屡见不鲜,主要表现为治疗初始阶段有效,但治疗一段时间后出现疗效变差或失效。据统计约有1%～8%接受预防治疗的偏头痛患者会出现耐受,但是国内外均缺少这方面的综述文献,本文阐述了偏头痛药物预防耐受的定义、机制、研究现状等。
