摘要
Objective: To ascertain the application of the Adult Nowicki-Strickland Internal-External Control Scale (ANSIE) to Chinese adults. Methods: ANSIE was administered to a sample of 2751 adults in Hangzhou for evaluating its reliability and validity.Results: ANSIE showed satisfactory psychometric properties both in terms of reliability and validity. Conclusion: ANSIE was confirmed to be a psychometrically sound rating scale for Chinese adults.
