高校学生素质培养的影响因素探究——基于2011年“首都高等教育质量与学生发展监测”项目相关数据的分析 被引量:6

摘要 1999年高校大规模扩招以来,高等教育从精英教育到大众化教育的转变过程中,如何提高学生的综合素质成为社会各界普遍关注的问题。研究使用2011年《首都高等教育质量与学生发展监测》本专科的调查数据,研究分析了院校特征、学生个人背景特征、教学环境特征、学生参与特征和学生资助特征对高校学生的基本能力、专业素养、核心能力和公民意识的影响。结果发现,教学环境特征成为影响学生综合素质形成和提升的关键因素。
