超声诊断颈动脉疾病的临床应用

Clinical Application of Ultrasound in Diagnosis on Carotid Artery Disease

目的:提高对颈动脉疾病的认识,预防颈动脉疾病的发生,及早干预,提高生存质量。方法:2008年3月～2013年3月151例颈动脉疾病的超声诊断,为临床提供治疗依据。结果:颈动脉粥样硬化是颈动脉疾病的最常见类型,发病率高,超声能发现此病早期表现。结论:超声诊断能为颈动脉疾病提供可靠的依据,协助临床医生制定适当有效的治疗方案。

Objective：To improve the understanding,prevention and early intervention of carotid artery disease,improve the quality of life.Methods：151 cases of carotid artery disease underwent ultrasound diagnosis from 2008,March to 2013,March,provided the basis for clinical treatment.Results：Carotid atherosclerosis is the most common type in carotid artery disease,high incidence,ultrasound can be diagnosed early performance.Conclusions：Ultrasound can provide a reliable basis for carotid artery disease,assisting clinicians to make effective treatment scheme.
