咪达唑仑复合芬太尼麻醉在无痛支气管镜检查中的镇静与安全性评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究咪达唑仑复合芬太尼麻醉用于无痛电子支气管镜检查的效果及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2012年1月~2014年6月期间做电子支气管镜检查的60例的临床资料。根据受检者的意愿分成2组,无痛治疗组(30例)和常规治疗组(30例)。无痛治疗组应用咪达唑仑、芬太尼复合静脉麻醉,常规治疗组采用2%利多卡因雾化喷喉,观察两组的氧饱和度、血压、心率和呼吸的变化及不良反应。结果:镇静结果显示无痛治疗组均无痛苦及任何不适应感觉,但常规治疗组均感觉恐惧及痛苦;检查中无痛治疗组血压、呼吸呈下降趋势,心率由检查前的增快降至正常水平,常规治疗组血压、心率明显升高。两组血压、呼吸、心率比较差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:咪达唑仑复合芬太尼麻醉在无痛支气管镜检查中能减轻患者的痛苦,使患者舒适度明显提高且安全。
