共焦激光角膜显微镜观察角膜炎的病变形态学特征

摘要 正常角膜的细胞形态的共焦显微镜特征已被广泛、深入的研究。共焦显微镜检查可在细胞水平对活体角膜进行四维(三维空间加时间)观察,且具有快速、敏感、可重复等特点,作为一种非侵入性无创性检查对各种类型角膜炎的诊断、治疗具有重要的价值。就共焦显微镜检查在各种感染性角膜炎及非感染性角膜炎中的病变形态学特征进行综述。
