摘要
中国市场新形势对在华跨国企业利用母国优势的有效性提出严峻考验。它们开始反思母国优势在华遭遇的"价值陷阱",回应市场新形势和新诉求,并优化和协调在华资源配置以本土化地创造新增竞争优势。为此,跨国企业在华不仅通过实行"两条腿"走路、实施"大脑"工程、扩张市场范围、创新组织管理、促进人员本土化优化资源配置,而且还通过驱动产业整合、完善分销渠道、强化知识产权、聚焦降低成本、管理社会责任加强资源协调。
The new development in China's market challenges heavily the multinational corporations' effectiveness of exploiting their home asset advantages. These corporations have begun to rethink their home advantages cornered by the value trap, to respond to the new situation and appeals, and to reconfigure and integrate their resources in China, in order to create their incremental competitive advantages locally. Therefore, the multinational corporations in China start to optimize their resource allocation through the integration of production base and market orientation, the establishment of regional headquarters, the expansion of market scope, the innovation of organizational structure, and the localization of staff, as well as to reinforce their resource coordination through driving industrial integration, integrating distribution channels, strengthening intellectual property rights, focusing on cost reduction, and managing corporate social responsibility strategically.
