新型聚缩酮类高分子的合成及其在药物递送系统中的应用 被引量:2

Synthesis and application of novel polyketal-like macromolecule material in drug delivery system

摘要 本文依据近几年国外文献资料,综述了新型聚缩酮材料的合成及其特殊的优良特性,并分析、归纳、总结了其作为新型的药物载体递送抗炎药物、蛋白类药物、蛋白质疫苗以及用作非病毒载体的应用。聚缩酮类新型高分子材料因其特殊的酸敏感性和良好的生物相容性,有望在炎症和肿瘤靶向治疗方面有更多的应用,并很有可能成为未来药物研究的热点。 This review focuses on the synthesis of novel plications as a new deliv polymeric shell of non-v ery iral polyketal-like macromolecule material and the ap- vehicle for anti-inflammatory drugs, protein drugs, protein-based vaccines and as the vector. Based on foreign literature in recent years, the excellent characteristics of polyketal and the applications as drug delivery carrier were gathered, analyzed and summarized. Because of its acid sensitivity and good biocompatibility, polyketal-like macromolecule material is anticipated to have numerous appli- cations for the targeted therapy of acute inflammatory diseases, and it will certainly become a hot spot in the study of medical scholars in the future
