固态核磁共振及其在药物晶型研究中的应用 被引量:3

Solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance and its application in research of drug polymorphs

摘要 固态核磁共振作为一种重要的现代分析研究手段,在许多研究领域都有广泛的用途。本文通过对常用的固态核磁共振技术的介绍,综述了其在药品晶型研究中定性、定量分析的应用,说明固态核磁共振技术是研究晶型的重要方法。 As one of modern techniques, solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) has been proved very useful in many research fields. Recent advances of solid-state NMR techniques and their applications for quali- tative and quantitative analysis of drug polymorphs were reviewed in this paper. All these applications demonstrate that solid-state NMR is a very unique tool to study the drug polymorphs.
