摘要 引言 1993年，Patent Troll现象在美国还属新兴概念，然而直至20年后的今天，也没人能够给Patent Troll下一个准确并具体的定义。国内将其称为“专利海盗”、“专利流氓”、“专利蟑螂”或“专利钓饵”，虽然叫法不一，这些名称足以见得大家对这一现象持反感和排斥态度。
