摘要
主要通过运用偏光显微镜、X射线衍射仪及力学性能测试等手段研究了不同成核剂在不同添加量时对聚丙烯材料的结晶形态及力学性能造成的影响。结果表明:不同晶型的成核剂会对聚丙烯材料产生不同的影响,使材料形成不同晶型的球晶,其力学性能也会产生不同的变化。
The effects of different nucleating agent on crystal morphology and mechanical properties of PP material types by using polarizing microscope, X-ray diffraetometer and mechanical properties test were studied. The results indicated that different nucleating agent had different effect on PP material, different crystalline form and mechanical properties modification were created by variation of conposition.
