在塑炼挤出设备中,锥形螺杆挤出机是1个重要分支,尤其适用于蓬松物料和热敏性物料的加工。文章依次介绍了锥形单螺杆挤出机、锥形双螺杆挤出机以及锥形三螺杆挤出机的特点及应用。最后说明了锥形螺杆中的建压机理。
Conical screw extruders were one type of plastication-mixing equipments,which was fitful for processing loose and thermal sensitive materials. The characteristics and applications of single conical screw extruder, conical twin screw extruder and conical triple screw extruder were introduced. How to add pressure in conical screw was formed.
