摘要
利用Ansys有限元分析软件对滚塑成型的汽车水箱进行了变形分析,获得了汽车水箱在装满水的情况下的不同位置的位移分布图,并分析了影响水箱变形的结构因素,得出了汽车水箱的优化结构。整个建模、分析过程为滚塑成型塑料制品的变形分析等提供了可靠、高效的理论依据。
The deformation of a rotational molding automotive radiator grille with Ansys software was analysed and the deformation distribution drafts in different positions with full water were gotten. The structural factors which affected the deformation of the automotive radiator grille were analysed, and the optimize structure of the automotive radiator grille was obtained. The molding process and the result of finite-element analysis provided reliable and efficient theories, which supported to deformation analysis of rotational molding plastic products.
