摘要
为解决海洋工程装备项目对钢板进行追溯管理时物料流与信息流不同步、追溯数据处理效率低等问题,采用无线射频识别标签标志钢板,并提出一种基于多代理系统的海洋工程装备项目钢板可追溯模式。通过研究钢板可追溯系统中追溯批次清单模型的建立、追溯流程的分析以及追溯数据流的梳理,给出MOEPTS系统的实体模型;分析了基于多代理系统的钢板追溯机理,构建了钢板追溯协作模型与MOEPTS系统的总体架构,开发了MOEPTS系统原型,并通过在某海工企业的应用验证了系统的有效性。
To solve the synchronization problem occurred between the logistics flow and the information flow as well as the lower efficiency of tracking data processing in the offshore equipment project tracing management process,a Multi-Agent System(MAS) based plate tracking model was proposed.The Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) tag was adopted to identify plates.Through the studies on the construction of BOL(Bill of lots) model,analysis of the model and the process of tracking data,a physical model of MAS-based Offshore Equipment Plate Traceable System(MOEPTS) system was presented.The plate tracking mechanism based on MAS was analyzed and the cooperation model as well as the architecture of MOEPTS system were established.An example of MOEPTS prototype system was implemented in an offshore enterprise to validate the effectiveness of MOEPTS system.
