摘要 目的:探讨Toll样受体2和4(TLR2、TLR4)在输卵管组织中的表达及与输卵管慢性炎症病变的关系。方法:选择2011年1~3月在嘉兴市妇幼保健院手术切除输卵管的病例45例,经过患者知情同意后开展本研究。将临床获得的标本分3组:输卵管正常组(10例)、轻度病变组(18例)和重度病变组(17例)。用免疫组化和定量PCR检测TLR2、TLR4在输卵管组织中的表达。结果:TLR2和TLR4在各组输卵管上皮细胞的胞浆和胞膜均有表达。在轻度病变组中,TLR2蛋白及mRNA表达均高于正常组(P均<0.05)和重度病变组(P均<0.01);TLR4蛋白表达高于重度病变组(P<0.05),与正常组表达无差异,TLR4 mRNA表达高于正常组和重度病变组(P均<0.01)。TLR2、TLR4、TLR2 mRNA和TLR4 mRNA每种物质在重度病变组表达与正常组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:输卵管组织表达TLR2、TLR4,并在慢性炎症轻度病变时表达上调,随着炎症加重致输卵管发生严重病变时表达下降,推测其可能参与输卵管炎症病变的发生发展。 Objective: To explore the relationship between expressions of Toll - like receptor (TLR) 2 and 4 in oviduct and chronic salpingitis. Methods: Forty- five women experiencing salpingectomy between Jan and March, 2011 in Maternity & Child Health Hospital of Jiaxing were divided into 3 groups: normal oviduct (group A, n = 10), mild chronic salpingitis ( group B, n = 18) and severe chronic salpingitis ( group C, n = 17). Expressions of TIJt2 and TLR4 proteins and mRNA in the oviduct were evaluated by immunocytochemistry and real - time PCR, respectively. Results: TLR2 and TLR4 proteins were expressed on the epithelium cells of cytomembrane and in cytoplasm. Expressions of TLR2 protein and TLR2 mRNA in group B were significantly higher than those of group A (P all 〈 0.05) and group C (P all 〈 0.01). In group B, the ex- pression of TLR4 protein was significantly higher than that of group C (P 〈 0.05 ), and TLR4 mRNA level was significantly higher than those in group A and group C (P all 〈 0.01 ). Moreover, there were no significant differences in expressions of TLR2 and TLR4 proteins as well as their mRNA between group A and group C. Conclusion: TLR2 and TLR4 are expressed in oviduct and maybe involved in the pathogenesis and development of chronic salpingitis.
