摘要
发酵乳杆菌作为益生菌早已被应用。本文对150株发酵乳杆菌进行耐酸性、模拟胃肠液转运、抑菌特性、凝集特性和疏水特性试验,做体外筛选。结果表明,菌株IMAU70161和IMAU70013经pH2.5模拟胃液转pH8.0模拟肠液试验后,存活数量显著高于其它菌株(P<0.05),并且对目标致病菌均有广谱抗性。经20℃培养20h,菌株IMAU70161的凝集率显著高于IMAU70013(P<0.05),IMAU70013的表面疏水率【(70.06±2.02)%】高于IMAU70161【(58.89±1.37)%】(P<0.05)。发酵乳杆菌IMAU70161和IMAU70013可作为潜在益生菌进行研究。
Lactobacillus fermentum have been used as probiotics. In the present study, the acid resistence,simulated gastrointestinal fluid transporting tolerance, antibacterial activity, aggregating and hydrophobic properties characteristics of the 150 Lactobacillus fermentum strains were investigated. The results showed that by the pH 2.5 transporting to pH 8.0 simulated gastrointestinal fluid transfer test, the survival rates of the strains of IMAU70161 and IMAU70013 were significantly higher than others (P0.05). Moreover, these two strains were of broad-spectrum resistance to pathogens. The aggregation property of strain IMAU70161 was significantly higher than that of strain IMAU70013 under cultivation at 20 ℃ for 20 h(P0.05). However, the surface hydrophobicity rate of L. fermentum IMAU70013[(70.06±2.02)%] was higher than that of strain IMAU70161 [(58.89±1.37)%]. L. fermentum IMAU70161 and IMAU70013 can serve as the potential probi- otics for further research.
