超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定肉制品中非法添加的14种酸性染料 被引量:8

摘要 建立肉制品中非法添加的14种酸性工业染料的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法。样品经甲醇-乙醇混合溶液超声提取,SPE柱净化并富集后用UPLC—MS/MS检测。检测结果表明,14种酸性染料在10-100μg/L范围线性关系良好,产皆大于0.9990。高、中、低3个浓度水平的加标平均回收率在70.33%~97.66%范围,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于4.8%。该方法适用于肉制品中非法添加的14种酸性工业染料的同时测定。 A method was developed for simultaneous determination of fourteen industrial acid dyes in meat products using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The analytes in samples were extracted with methnol-alcohol solution, and purified and enriched by solid phase extraction cartridge (SPE), then detected by UPLC- MS/MS. The linear ranges were 10-100 μg/L and the correlation coefficients (r2) were more than 0.9990. Tests for recovery were made by the standard addition method at three levels and values of average recovery found were in the range of 70.33% to 97.66%, with values of the relative standard deviation(RSD n=6)were less than 4.8%. The method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of the fourteen illegally added industrial acid dyes in meat products.
