摘要
教师信念深刻影响着教师的教学实践,事关教学质量的提高。调查发现当下中学英语教学过程中,教师信念还存在诸多与新课标要求不一致的地方,影响着英语课程标准的顺利实施。帮助中学英语教师构建科学的教师信念体系,是需要教师培训机构、教师所在学校和师范院校共同关注、并切实从各自角度加强的基础性工作。
Teacher beliefs produce great influence on both teaching practice and teaching quality.The investigation result shows that the teacher beliefs of the present middle school English teachers are not so consistent with the requirements of National English Curriculum,which can influence the implementation of English Curriculum.In order to help middle school English teachers construct scientific teacher beliefs system,normal schools,teacher training agencies and schools where teachers work should all take active actions to strengthen the cultivation of teacher beliefs.
