高职院校文化的建构是一个在时间、空间上的双维度演进的过程,也就是说,它既要依据特殊的土壤、环境和条件,又要归属自身类型的要素、模式和平台。高职文化建设既要继承高校文化中的"雅",又要引入企业文化中的"俗",同时还要深深植根于地域文化之中,创出自己的特色。

The construction of vocational colleges＇ culture is an evolutionary process on the dual dimensions of time and space.Specifically speaking,the construction not only depends on the colleges＇ own special background,environment and conditions,but also it has to fit itself to the colleges＇ own specific elements,models and platforms.While the construction of vocational college＇s culture needs both to inherit their traditional ＂refined taste＂ in college culture and introduce the ＂popular taste＂ in corporate culture,it has to create its unique characteristics with its root deep in the regional culture.
