原料油硫含量变化对加氢装置影响分析

摘要 分析了中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司加氢处理装置原料油硫含量变化对装置工况的影响。结果表明,随着原料油硫含量增加,产品中硫、脱硫前循环氢中H2S、富氢气中H2S及污水中硫含量随之增加。当原料油硫质量分数为1.228%~1.590%,反应温度为330~347℃时,产品硫质量分数为0.128%~0.187%;当原料油硫质量分数为1.029%~1.702%,贫胺液量为31~55 t时,脱硫后循环氢中H2S质量浓度为45~6 390 mg/m3;当原料油硫质量分数为1.279%~1.664%,富氢气体脱硫塔用贫胺液量为29~37 t时,脱硫后富氢气中H2S质量浓度不大于50 mg/m3;当原料油硫质量分数为1.029%~1.664%,注水量为31~48 t/h时,污水中硫质量浓度为15 448.44~40 791.04 mg/L。装置采取调整缓蚀剂和注水量,停工后及时碱洗以应对低温腐蚀,并做好相关安全防护工作。 The impacts of variation of sulfur content in feedstock oil on the operation of hydrotreating unit are analyzed.The results show that product sulfur,the H2S in recycle hydrogen before desulfurization,H2S in the hydrogen rich gas and sulfur content of sour water increase with the increase of sulfur in the feedstock oil.When the mass percentage of sulfur in feedstock oil is 1.228%~1.590% and the reaction temperature is 330~347 ℃,the sulfur in product oil is 0.128%~0.187%.When the mass percentage of sulfur in the feedstock is 1.029%~1.702% and the lean amine liquid volume is 31~55 t,the H2S in desulfurization recycle hydrogen is within the range of 45~6 390 mg/m3.When the mass percentage of sulfur in feedstock oil is 1.279%~1.664%,the lean amine liquid volume adjustment of rich hydrogen gas desulfurization tower is 29~37 t and the H2S in hydrogen-rich gas after desulfurization is within the range of 0~50 mg/m3.When the mass percentage of sulfur in feedstock is 1.029%~1.664%,the water injection rate is adjusted for 31~48 t/h,and the sulfur content of sour water is 15 448.44~40 791.04 mg/L.In unit operation,the injections of corrosion inhibitor and water are adjusted,timely caustic washing is performed after unit shutdown to prevent the low-temperature corrosion,and other safety protection work activities are also implemented.
