中药浸泡双足与耳穴疗法在促进产妇产后康复中的作用

Application of foot reflexology with traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupoint therapy in promoting postpartum rehabilitation of parturients

目的探讨中药浸泡双足与耳穴疗法在促进产妇产后康复中的作用。方法将800例产妇分为观察组和对照组,每组各400例,对照组给予常规的产后护理,观察组在产后常规护理的基础上给予中药浸泡双足与耳穴按摩。产后第5d,观察两组产妇产后康复及产后并发症发生情况。结果观察组产妇产后肛门首次排气时间早于对照组,睡眠时间长于对照组,乳汁分泌量较对照组充足,产后并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用中药浸泡双足与耳穴按摩法能提高母乳喂养率和促进子宫复旧,减少产后并发症的发生,使产妇顺利度过产褥期。

Objective To explore the effect of foot reflexology with traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupoint therapy in promoting postpartum rehabilitation of parturients.Methods Eight hundred parturients were randomized into the observation group and control group in equal number.The control group was given routine postpartum care,and the observation group with foot reflexology with traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupoint therapy.On the fifth day after delivery,the postpartum rehabilitation and postpartum complications of the parturients were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the first time for anal gas passage in the observation group was shorter;the postpartum sleep time was longer;the galactosis was ampler,and the incidence rate of the postpartum complications was also lower（all P 0.01）.Conclusion The foot reflexology with traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear acupoint therapy may improve the success rate of breastfeeding,promote the involution of uterus,reduce the occurrence of postpartum complications,and therefore help them successfully live through the puerperium.
