摘要
目的 以人体和小鼠为对象 ,研究高氟对哺乳动物微核率的影响。方法 人体试验中 ,以高氟区成人 5 1人作为观察对象 ,以低氟区成人 2 4人作为对照 ,进行淋巴细胞微核率的检测并加以比较 ;小鼠实验中 ,实验组小鼠饮用高氟水 ,对照组小鼠饮用低氟正常水 ,比较 2组小鼠的微核率。人体试验和小鼠实验都用χ2 检验方法作显著性检验。结果 高氟区成人的微核率明显高于低氟区成人的微核率 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;高氟组小鼠的微核率明显高于低氟组小鼠 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 高氟可增高哺乳动物的微核率 ,说明高氟可使哺动物的染色体发生畸变 。
Objective The human body and the mice were regarded as study subjects to study the effects of high fluorinte on micronucleus rate in mammalia animal.Methods In the test of human body,the micronucleus rate of 51 adults from high fluorine area was tested and compared with micronucleus rate of 24 adults from low fluorine area.In the test of mice,the mice of test group drank fluorine water and those of control group drank running water.The significance test was conduced with the χ 2 test.Results The micronucleus rate of adult from high fluorine area was higher than those of adult from low fluorine area and the difference was obvious (P<0.05).The micronucleus rate of the mice drinking high fluorine water was higher than those of control group and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusions The high fluorine may take the micronucleus rate of mammalia animal increased,it showed that the high fluorine can damege the chromosome of mammalia animal.The high fluorine may be the mutagenic material.
