Study on the Contemporary Chinese Art Investment Operations of the Fund and its Development Prospects

艺术品投资基金是近几年新兴的艺术品投资方式,根据目前艺术品投资基金发行渠道不同,有以有限合伙形式成立的艺术品私募投资基金模式;以信托公司发行的艺术品投资基金模式;以银行发行的艺术品投资模式三种存在方式。我国艺术基金的发展还处于探索阶段,其运作模式尚不成熟,但是代表了艺术产业的一个发展方向,有良好的发展前景。

In recent years, art investment funds have become a newly emerged art investment mode. Based on the distribution channels of art investment fund, the modes exist which include the private investment fund mode established in the form of a limited partnership, art investment fund issued by trust company, art investment mode issued by banks. The development of art funds in China is still in an exploratory stage, and its mode of operation is not yet mature. However, it presents a development direction of the art industry and it has a promising development prospect.
