氟离子选择电极法检测口腔用品中可溶性氟

Study of fluoride ion selective electrode detection soluble fluoride in dentifrices

目的 用盐酸作为提取剂测定口腔用品中可溶性氟的适宜因素。方法 样品经盐酸加热消化后 ,在p H 5 .2～ 5 .5的总离子强度缓冲体系中用氟离子选择电极测定。结果 方法的检测下限为 0 .0 2 2 mg/ L ,定量下限 0 .0 7m g/ L ,实际样品的加标回收率为 93.4%～ 10 2 .2 % ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 5 .19%～ 1.5 5 %。结论 用该方法测定口腔用品中可溶性氟方法简便、灵敏、准确度好。抗干扰能力强 。

Objective To determine soluble fluoride of fitly factor in dentifrices with hydrochloric acid as extractive agent.Methods The sample was detected in digestion of heating with hydrochloric acid in TISAB between pH 5.2~5.5.Results The lowest limitation of detection was 0.022 mg/L,the lowest limitation of quantitative was 0.07 mg/L.The rate of recovery of the sample with standard reference material was 93.4%~ 102.2 %,and the relatively standard deviation (RSD) was 5.19%~1.55%.Conclusions The method is reliable,sensetive,exact,anti disturb and it can be used to detect numbers of the samples for soluble fluoride of dentifrices.
