摘要 本文对井口注乙二醇防冻和井口加热两种工艺从工程投资、运行能耗方面进行了对比,井口注乙二醇防冻集气工艺适用于水气比小于0.1的气井。利用Hysys软件进行模拟计算,得到了富液浓度、进料温度与装置能耗、乙二醇损耗之间的关系,并以新疆油田某天然气处理厂为例,分析了乙二醇注入量与处理量、乙二醇浓度之间的关系,为今后井口集气工艺的选择、乙二醇再生装置参数的设定、生产过程中注入量的调节提供了参考。 Comparison of two kinds of technology of injecting ethylene glycol antifreeze and wellhead heating from the engineering investment, energy consumption, The injecting ethylene glycol antifreeze gas gathering process is suitable for the water-gas ratio is less than 0.1 of the gas well, Calculated using Hysys software, The relationship between the rich glycol concentration, feed temperature, the energy consumption of the unit, the ethylene glycol loss.
