摘要
本文对井口注乙二醇防冻和井口加热两种工艺从工程投资、运行能耗方面进行了对比,井口注乙二醇防冻集气工艺适用于水气比小于0.1的气井。利用Hysys软件进行模拟计算,得到了富液浓度、进料温度与装置能耗、乙二醇损耗之间的关系,并以新疆油田某天然气处理厂为例,分析了乙二醇注入量与处理量、乙二醇浓度之间的关系,为今后井口集气工艺的选择、乙二醇再生装置参数的设定、生产过程中注入量的调节提供了参考。
