摘要
芳烃抽提蒸馏工艺与液液抽提工艺相比,抽提温度较高,环丁砜中胶质含量高达179.4 mg/100 mL,Cl-含量9.28 mg/L。用阴离子交换树脂净化抽提蒸馏工艺中高胶含量环丁砜,并与用阴离子交换树脂净化液液抽提工艺中环丁砜的效果相比较,同时与树脂前串联活性白土或活性炭脱胶质单元的净化方案相比较,确定用阴离子交换树脂净化高胶质含量环丁砜是最佳方案。
Compared to liquid-liquid extraction technology,the content of colliods and chloride ion in sulfolane can reach as much as 179.4 mg/100 mL and 9.28 mg/L,respectively,based on aromatics extractive distillation technology.The anion-exchange resins are used to purify sulfolane with high colloids from extractive distillation unit,which are compared with that from liquid-liquid extraction technology.At the same time,in contrast with the other two purification schemes linked clay or activated carbon before exchange resins,the anion-exchange resins are determined as the perfect solution to purify sulfolane with high colloids.
