3047例临床用血合理性调查分析

Rationality investigation and analysis of 3047 cases of clinical blood use

目的:了解临床用血现状,为提高临床合理用血水平提供依据。方法:2011-03-2012-02期间鄂州市中心医院3047例住院患者的输血病历,分析临床用血的合理性。结果:3047例输血病历中的红细胞、血浆、冷沉淀凝血因子和血小板的合理性输注比例分别为62.4%、24.6%、54.7%和97.2%;其中血浆和冷沉淀凝血因子不合理输注现象最为突出。结论:部分临床医生用血观念依然陈旧,医院应定期举办临床合理用血知识的培训,定期组织专家对临床合理用血情况进行检查和综合评价,保证临床用血需求和血液安全。

Objective：To know the Ezhou Central Hospital clinical blood use present situation,in order to improve the clinical rational use standard and provide the basis. Method：3 047 cases of hospitalized patients with blood transfusion medical records in Ezhou Central Hospital from March 2011 to February were collected and analyzed for the rationality of clinical use. Result：The rationality transfusion ratios of erythrocytes,plasma,cold precipitation and platelet of all 3 047 cases were 62.4%,24.6%,54.7% and 97.2%,respectively. The unreasonable infusion phenomenon of plasma and cold precipitation were the most outstanding. Conclusion：The concept of blood use of part of clinical doctors in Ezhou Central Hospital was still old,the hospital should regularly hold knowledge training of clinical rational use,organize experts to inspect and comprehensive evaluate clinical rational blood use to ensure clinical blood use demand and blood safety.
