摘要
目的探讨临床上应用AutoCAD软件在全口曲面体层片上测量牙槽骨吸收面积比值来代替在全口根尖片测量的可行性。方法在2009年1月至2013年2月山西医科大学口腔医学院放射科拍摄的口内根尖片和数字曲面体层片中,选择53例同时拥有曲面体层片和口内根尖片的牙周病病例,应用AutoCAD软件分别测量口内根尖片和曲面体层片上同一牙齿釉牙骨质界到牙槽嵴顶的面积(S1)和釉牙骨质界到牙根尖的面积(S2),用二者的比值来评价牙槽骨水平,并对口内根尖片和曲面体层片的测量结果进行对比分析。结果口内根尖片和曲面体层片上测得同一牙齿的牙槽骨吸收面积比值的差异无统计学意义(t=-1.292,P>0.05),且二者间有高度相关性(r=0.982,P<0.001)。结论应用AutoCAD软件在曲面体层片和口内根尖片上所测量的牙槽骨吸收面积比值具有一致性,临床上全口曲面体层片在一定程度上可代替全口根尖片进行牙槽骨水平测量诊断。
Objective To assess the agreement between I-Os and OPGs for direct measurements of the area between the cemento-enamel junction(CEJ)and the alveolar bone level(BL)as well as the proportional values in relation to the area from the CEJ to the root apex(RA)using AutoCAD software program. Methods I-Os and OPGs were studied in 53 pairs of cases who had I-Os and OPGs at the same time. The images were measured using AutoCAD software program.The area(S1)from the cemento-enamel junction(CEJ)to the alveolar bone level(BL)and the area(S2)from the CEJ to the root apex(RA)were directly measured between intra-oral radiographs and the same patient's panoramic on the same tooth position. The alveolar bone level was evaluated using the ratio of the area(S1)and the area(S2)was analyzed.The area ratios(S1/S2)of I-Os and OPGs were analyzed. Results There was high correlative consistency on the area ratios of the alveolar bone loss between intra-oral radiographs and the same tooth position's panoramic radiographs.Pearson’s correlation coefficient was 0.982(P 0.001),paired T test results suggested that:the difference of the area ratios was not statistically significant between them(t = 1.292,P = 0.202 0.05). Conclusion On I-O and OPG radiograph the area ratios of the alveolar bone loss are in great agreement. It is relatively convenient to measure the area ratios of the alveolar bone loss in the panoramic radiographs using AutoCAD. Hence for periodontal assessments,OPG radiographic readings may,at least in part,can substitute for full-mouth panoramic radiographic evaluation.
