摘要
文章依托南宁外环高速公路工程项目,介绍了该项目建设管理过程中采用的以合同化、格式化、程序化为核心技术的CFP管理技术,并评价了CFP管理技术体系应用的效果。
Relying on Nanning Outer Ring Expressway engineering project,the article intro-duced the CFP management technology utilized in the construction management process of this project with contractualization,formatting,and routinization as the core technology,and evaluated the application effect of CFP management technology system.
