ICF用低温冷冻靶制备系统设计

System design for ICF cryogenic target handling system

摘要 ICF(惯性约束聚变)点火用低温冷冻靶①,需要在常温下,把气体高压渗透入直径1mm以内,厚度um数量级的靶球体内,最终压力:100MPa~150MPa,再由制冷系统降温至20K以下,此过程中,靶球的温度场也降温至20K以内。降温及清洗结束后,由送靶机构取出用于分层和物理诊断等。本装置实现冷冻靶的气体渗透充填、冷却降温、分层时的精确控温等过程。 The cryogenic target used in ICF usually permeated gas by high pressure under room temperature into a target ball with diameter of less than 1mm and thickness of less than um order of magnitude,and finally obtained pressure of 100MPa to 150MPa.After that,the inner temperature was cooled down below 20K by refrigeration system.During this process,the environment of the cryogenic target was also cooled below 20K.After cooling and cleaning,the cryogenic target was put out by target delivering device for delaminating and physical diagnose,etc.The system could achieve the process of gas permeation,cooling down and accurate temperature control during delamination,etc.
