长江委第一次全国水利普查数据质量控制实践

Practice of data quality control for the first national water census of Changjiang Water Resources Committee

长江流域片地域广阔,经济社会发展水平不平衡,长江流域片水利普查数据成果的完整性、可靠性、准确性将极大地影响全国水利普查数据成果质量。为了控制水利普查数据质量,长江流域片水利普查在清查登记、数据采集、数据填报、汇总分析4个阶段做了大量实践工作,确保了长江流域片水利普查工作圆满完成。

Yangtze River Basin has a vast territory, but economic and social development levels of different areas are imbalanced. The result of water census for the Yangtze Basin needs to be integrated, reliable and accurate, otherwise it may affect the quality of the national census. In order to ensure quality of statistical data, great efforts have been made in registration, data collection, reporting and gathering and analysis, which are beneficial for a complete success of water census in the basin.
