天津第三产业全口径用水量分析——以天津市东丽区为例

All-inclusive water consumption of tertiary industry in Dongli District of Tianjin

典型用水户单位用水量指标与第三产业从业人员数量是第三产业全口径用水量推算的重要基础,针对天津东丽区第一次全国水利普查进行了第三产业典型用水户抽样代表性、第三产业基本单位从业人员数量特征分析,按照在地口径进行了普查分区的第三产业各门类2011年年末从业人员数量分析,建立了第三产业各门类产业活动单位及个体经济的第三产业单位从业人员用水量指标及其按门类从业人员数量加权平均的推算采用值。通过第三产业全口径用水量推算与《天津市水资源公报》成果比对,分析了两者的统计口径、统计方法差异性。

The base of estimating all-inclusive water consumption by tertiary industry is water use indexes of model water users and quantity of employment of tertiary industry. Analysis is made on samples of model water uses of tertiary industry and feature of employment. Number of employment in tertiary industry in each census division by the end of 2011 is evaluated in accordance with result of actual investigation. Water use indexes of industrial units and individuals in tertiary industry are given. Estimating value of weighted average of employment of each sector is also provided. Variation of statistical approaches is analyzed by compare all-inclusive water consumption of tertiary industry with Water Resources Bulletin.
