摘要
抗战初期,随着八路军各部队在华北敌后发展壮大,八路军采取了大量提拔原有官兵和吸收抗日积极分子的政策。受此影响,八路军干部队伍在数量上急剧增加,与此同时干部结构也在发生悄然变化。新干部的大量涌现一方面充实了八路军的干部队伍,同时也出现当时的八路军中新老干部之间尤其是工农干部与知识分子干部之间团结需加强、干部的综合素质和实际工作能力有待提高等情况。为提高干部的整体素质和精神面貌,应加强干部教育。
During the initial stage of resistance against aggression, due to the rapid development behind the enemy lines in north China, the Eighth Route Army took positive policies that it elevated original officers and absorbed a great deal of activist. As a result, the cadre increased significantly. Meanwhile the cadre structure changed quietly. These persons who filled in the cadre rank of the Eighth Route Army inevitably had brought about some situation, such as old and young cadres, particularly the cadres of workers and peasants and the intellectual cadres need further fusion; the synthesis quality and capacity for work of the cadres remains to be improved. It is needed to strenghthen the education of cadres in order to improve the overall quality and mental outlook of cadres.
