院校研究的困境与破解——基于路径依赖理论的分析

Analysis of the Dilemma and Way out of Institutional Research Based on the Theory of Path Dependency

目前院校研究的困境主要表现在:院校研究在实际研究过程中表现出对高等教育研究模式的路径依赖,研究偏理论学术化路径发展,指导实践能力较低;院校管理受传统管理模式影响,致使院校研究尚未作为一项专门制度嵌入大学管理体制之中,院校研究没有引起院校决策部门足够的重视,致使院校研究举步维艰。基于路径依赖理论对院校研究困境进行分析,并探讨破解困境的措施与途径。

The dilemma of the institutional research is mainly manifested in two aspects. On the one hand, the institutional research depends on the path of the pattern for higher education research, which favors academic path and enjoys low ability to guide practice. On the other hand, the school management has been so influenced by the traditional pattern of management that the institutional research has not been embodied in the school management and received due attention in school decision making. This article aims to analyze the problems based on the theory of path dependency, and explores the dilemma and way out by means of ＂ break ＂ program of the path dependency theory.
