创业型大学是一种新兴的大学发展形态,创业教育是适应经济社会发展和高等教育深化改革和发展的产物,它为大学教育注入一种新的教育理念。创业型大学在教育目标、教育对象、组织单元、创业资源、运作模式、教育方法、学术资本化、创业文化等方面都具有自己的特性。因而,创业教育要往纵深发展,需从制度设计、教育理念、组织机构、运行机制、教育模式、组织文化等方面采取适合我国创业型大学的创业教育实践路径。

The career-creation university is a new kind of university development pattern. Career-creation education is the product of adapting to the economic and social development and the reform and development of higher education, which injected a new philosophy of education for university education. By discussing the educational goal of the career-creation university, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the career-creation education of the career-creation universities, from the perspective of the educational objects, organization units, career-creation resources, operation modes, education methods, academic capitalization and career-creation culture. On this basis, the practical path of career-creation education is put forward in this paper from system design, education idea, institutional framework, operation mechanism, education modes, organization culture and so on.
