宋玉被奉为赋体文学的开山鼻祖,后世赋体文学的发展一直都没能脱离宋玉所开创的赋体文的文体特征。宋玉赋的主要特征——问答体形式,更是被后世赋家一直沿袭传承,几乎成为赋体文的固有格式。究其原因,问答体的形成与宋玉娱君的特殊身份有一定的关联,更与同样用于娱君的优语有着很深的渊源。
