Practices and Explorations in Compiling the Political Category of Suyu Records

当代修志都存在历史的局限性,首轮志书由于对一些史料的挖掘和记述不够,甚至缺失,志书宣传色彩明显等因素影响志书的资料性和科学性。第二轮修志要重新审视历史,担负起还原历史本来面目的责任。《宿豫志》政治部类从指导思想到框架设计,从史料选择到具体编纂实践,加强对民国时期记述、对政治运动及中华人民共和国成立后两次重大失误等方面记述进行实践探索。对距离现实较近的事物记述,尽可能理性对待,客观真实反映社会现象与本质。

Contemporary local records compilations all have historical limitations. First-round local records,due to inadequate excavation and recording and even lack of certain historical materials,bear obvious propaganda colors and infringements on the reference value and scientific nature. Second-round local records should review history in a fresh manner and bear the responsibility of restoring the true faces of history. The political category of Suyu Records,from directive thoughts to structural design,from historical materials selection to specific compilation practice,made some explorations in strengthening recordings of the Republican Period,and recordings of political movements and two major mistakes since the founding of the People's Republic of China. In terms of recordings of things closer to the time being,we did our best to rationally treat and truthfully reflect social phenomena.
