摘要
目的 :观察大豆蛋白对实验性急性放射性肠炎的治疗作用。方法 :SD大鼠复制急性放射性肠炎动物模型 ,给予含大豆蛋白饲料 ,检测脏体比、细菌易位率、血清内毒素 ,光镜和扫描电镜观察肠粘膜细胞增生 ,检测血清氨基酸、尿 L/ M比值、肠内容物细菌 S- Ig A包被率等。结果 :使用大豆蛋白后细菌易位率显著降低 ,血 L PS含量不升高 ,回肠绒毛高度、肠全层厚度和粘膜厚度均高于对照组 ,肠粘膜细胞增生好于对照组 ,血清谷氨酰胺和支链氨基酸含量均显著高于对照组 ,L/ M比值、肠内容物细菌 S- Ig A包被率均低于对照组。 结论 :大豆蛋白对实验性急性放射性肠炎有明显的治疗作用 ,可以对抗辐射对肠屏障功能的损害。
Objective: To confirm the therapeutic effects of soybean protein on acute radioactive enteritis in SD rat. Methods: Rats model of the acute radioactive enteritis were made with 60 Co and were given food containing soybean protein, then examined the ratio of viscera body, the bacterial translocation, the ratio of urine L/M, and S IgA in intestines contents, the concentrations of serum LPS and the amino acids. The altitude of the ileum villus, the whole layer thickness of intestines, the thickness of mucous membrane, and the hyperplasia of mucous cells were observed with optics and scanning electron microscope, respectively. Results: The rate of bacterial translocation was reduced significantly, the contents of blood LPS and the ratio of urine L/M didn't increase, S IgA in intestines were increased. The altitude of the ileum villus, the whole layer thickness of intestines, the thickness of mucos membrane were all increased compared with that of the control group; The concentrations of serum glutamine and branch chain amino acids were obviously increased. Conclusion:Soybean protein can protect the function of bowel barrier, increase the concentration of serum glutamine and branch chain amino acids in experimental rats with acute radioactive enteritis.
