摘要
架构一种实时互补金属氧化物半导体(complementary metal oxide semiconductor,CMOS)视频图像预处理系统的FPGA实现,该系统实现了图像传感器预处理的关键部分即色彩插值与色彩校正两大模块.在色彩插值处理中,引入一种简捷且有效的边界处理方法;色彩校正中,针对CMOS传感器的特点提出一种RGB空间校正矩阵的便捷生成方法,并在该预处理系统实现了包括自动白平衡、色差校正和伽马校正的功能.设计实现在Xilinx spartan6 LX45T FPGA上,处理速度达120.758 MHz,能实时处理标准高清720P@60fps和1080P@30fps视频图像.
A real-time complementary metal oxide semiconductor(CMOS) image video preprocessing architecture based on FPGA is presented.It includes most of the image preprocessing parts such as color interpolation and color correction.A simple but efficient method was introduced to deal with the edge enhancement of color interpolation and a RGB space matrix based method is proposed for the color correction.The system is implemented on the Xilinx spartan6 LX45T FPGA.The experiment result shows it can handle 720P@60fps or 1080P@30fps HD video.
